This page is for Technical Support (problems with the software) only.
If you have a Customer Service question (credit card, no downloads remaining, new email address, want to register collections on old CDs, etc), please use this Customer Service link.
The purpose of this support section is to enhance the support services we provide to our customers. There are a number of resources here to help you resolve problems.
PLEASE NOTE:
We cannot provide support if you are running a version of software less than 4.47 for Windows, or 1.3 for Mac OS X. You should upgrade to the latest version before searching the help database, as these solve most known problems and incompatibilities. The update is free and is available from the Updates & Samplers links of these support pages. THIS IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT IF YOU HAVE INSTALLED WINDOWS XP SERVICE PACK 2.
Windows users: To determine the version number of your software, click once on the leaf icon within your system tray (the small icons next to the time in the lower right corner of your screen) and select the "About" option. This should bring up a dialog box that will display your software's version number.
Macintosh OS X users: To determine the version number of your software, from the Apple Menu select "System Preferences." From the System Preferences dialog box select the "Screen Saver" object. Making sure "Second Nature" is the currently selected screen saver module, select the "Configure" or "Option" button, and then select the "About" tab. This should bring up a dialog box that will display the software version number.

The New Intel Mac
The latest version (1.3) supports both the new Intel Macs and the PowerPC Macs as well as OS X versions 10.2 through 10.5. All existing image collections work with this version. With the latest version you can also create your own collections and view the images on your desktop.
You can find more information on how to use version 1.3 at at this page. The screen shots are for OSX version 4 so some of the pictures won't look exactly like what you'll see with Leopard, but the functionality is the same.
